Please read the following before booking your session.
1. No Refund Policy
All bookings at Rage X-treme are non-refundable.
Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded for any reason — including change of mind, lateness, missed bookings, or personal circumstances.
2. Rescheduling & Vouchers
•You may reschedule your session or request a gift voucher if you contact us at least 48 hours before your booking.
•Reschedules are subject to availability.
•If less than 48 hours’ notice is given or you fail to attend, your booking will be forfeited.
•Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Safety Rules
Your safety is our top priority.
•All participants must attend the safety briefing and follow staff instructions.
•No alcohol or drugs before or during your session.
•Closed-toe shoes and suitable clothing must be worn.
•Anyone behaving recklessly or ignoring safety rules will be asked to leave without refund or credit.
4. Cancellations by Rage X-treme
If we need to cancel or postpone due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a new date/time or a gift voucher of equal value.
Cash refunds are not provided unless required by UK consumer law.
5. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. Rage X-treme is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage unless caused by our proven negligence. Please keep personal belongings safe — we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items.
